Although I could not see my usual doctor everyone was great. Explained everything and made my visit as easy as could be. The doctor was very personable and most helpful!

He had reviewed my notes to the point where I absolutely could not believe how much he knew about me prior to my first visit. I really enjoyed meeting him and I will recommend him to anybody. First time seeing this provider and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

I didn't have an appointment but needed to see a medical doctor because I have a heavy cough along with other symptoms of a cold. When I called the Internal Health Dept. the personnel were exceptionally helpful in getting an appointment with Dr. Nguyen that p.m. Dr. Nguyen was professional & personable. His diagnosis & recommendation for treatment have already helped.

Great first visit

Dr. Nguyen is always awesome. He does like to try and get to know his patient as a person and not just 'next'. Now, it's up to Cooper not to overload their doctors so that each doctor can give each patient a few extra unrushed minutes. Do not put the onus on the staff alone to provide personal and good care and still meet the scheduling and billing desires of this medical establishment. I know money is important, however, medical should never have been a mainly profit-driven industry. The desk staff were also friendly and professional.

I had no bad experiences and everyone treated me fine and I would recommend other patients to go there.

Dr. Nguyen does not make you feel rushed during the visit and is very personable.

This was my first meeting with my new doctor. It was very positive. I also sent him a message the next day on the portal and got a very quick response. I was very impressed.

Getting the appointment set was quite quick and straightforward. Nice that reminder emails were also sent in the days before my appointment. Once I was at the clinic, staff were very helpful in assisting me getting me checked in.

I had Dr. Rob and I was very pleased with him for my Dr. Halleckman.

Dr Nguyen is always prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgeble, thoughtful, etc. Importantly, I can say the same about the entire staff. I had the same experience when Dr. Nguyen referred me for a chest X-ray at the Cooper Imagine office across the parking lot. Even though it was 5:00 in the afternoon, I was greeted immediately by a pleasant, efficient and informative woman at the front desk, who got me set up with the technician, who took care of me just a few minutes later. I couldn't be more pleased with Cooper Health generally, and Dr Nguyen specifically !

Had a great experience at the office! Everyone was great!

I would like to see, I would like for my provider to do a biopsy on my shift and remove the mass on my right side of my body. I think it's causing my causing me health problems. I just had a hip replacement because I had cobalt poison in my system. So I think cobalt could be in this shift or in the mask that's on the right side of my body. So I'd like to have that removed right away. I got a phone call today from Temple and from Jefferson and they, they wanted to do the operation, but I wanted to keep everything at Cooper because I was born at Cooper and I built MD Anderson with construction company. I was in a union and I, I love Cooper. So thank you very much. And that's all I have to say.

Everything was very good and he treated us with care and compassion and he explained everything to us and we were satisfied.

Arrived early for my appointment and had virtually no wait time. First time with provider and he was up to date on my history and health needs. Good bed side manner and easy to talk to.

Doctor Nguyen was extremely helpful, considerate and professional. He thoroughly reviewed my medical history before meeting with me. That impressed me because I know that he is very busy but still took the time to review my records. He offered a sound treatment plan based on my medical history. He was aware of all my test results. This was my first meeting with Dr. Nguyen and I was very satisfied.

Dr. Nguyen, he's a doctor. He worries about my health. I have missed a few appointments, and I did miss my follow-up blood work, and he took out of his time to make sure to remind me that it was very important to get the blood work done because of his Empathy and sympathy. I went ahead and did the blood work and I found out that I need to start on medication. I have nothing. I only have good things to say about my doctor. Thank you.

I called for a "sick" appt and my request was treated with concern and importance. My medical provider, who is not my regular primary, was wonderful and dug deep into details to find good solutions for my issues.

When I suddenly experienced dizziness and vertigo he promptly ordered a CT SCAN Head, which ultimately was clear, and physical therapy. The therapist is the best I've ever had and I'm already in seeing major improvement in my condition. I have Dr Nguyen to thank for that.
